Stuffed Pork Chops

Pork the other white meat? Yes indeed, and it has as many ways to fix it as chicken, with less calories too.

This dish pictured here is one that I created for my clients, it is a Apricot& Coconut Rum Marinade with a apricot stuffing.
Now you may think low calorie no way, Yes Way as the kids say, I make the marinade with a all organic no sugar marmalade and a 1/2 cup of coconut rum, add a little olive oil and garlic and stir all together, brush the pork chops with it after they...

Brandy Steak

Divadish loves her marinades, this one pictured is so good!

Using liqueurs or marmalade's enhances the texture and the taste. Of course you could do a little sipping before you turn it into a marinade.


Using Brandy, King's Spice and Garlic Powder with a dash of Sea Salt, mix in a little Olive oil and Whala it all starts to come together.

Brush the mixture all over pierced steaks, let sit for app. 3-5 minutes, grill in NSF Calaphlon pan and cook to medium rare, app. 160' internal temp...

Berry-Wine Chicken & Parmesean Potatoes

Divadish Loves too cook with Wines... Why,, because you can sip a little out of the bottle too!!! Just kidding......!

No, really, the taste that wines add to the flavors of meats, soups, sauces, and salad dressings, is Phenomenal!!!
Combine all of that with special blends of seasoning and you have a Winner each and every time.
The above picture is just one particular winner.
I marinated (4) chicken thighs over night in a semi-sweet berry wine & lime juice, with my special blends of season...
