Mixed Fruit Cobblers

Fruit Desserts? Yes and Low Calorie too... How can that be? Well I will share that with you too.

When I make these fruit desserts I usually use frozen organic fruit mixes. You can mix and match them and that way you get good quality fruits and a larger variety of choices during the Winter season too.

Put your fruit in a large mixing bowl if frozen let thaw before adding sugar and spices to it.

Ingredients:

2-4 cups of mixed fruits
1/2-3/4 cup of white or brown sugar

Apricot Stuffed Pork Chops!!!

Stuffed Pork Chops

Pork the other white meat? Yes indeed, and it has as many ways to fix it as chicken, with less calories too.

This dish pictured here is one that I created for my clients, it is a Apricot& Coconut Rum Marinade with a apricot stuffing.
Now you may think low calorie no way, Yes Way as the kids say, I make the marinade with a all organic no sugar marmalade and a 1/2 cup of coconut rum, add a little olive oil and garlic and stir all together, brush the pork chops with it after they...

LOW-FAT COCONUT CAKE!

Let them eat cake, cried the French. Well Les Misrable' is not what we do @ Divadish, but we do do Low Sugar, Low Fat, organic cakes and desserts you can eat and enjoy.
This cake has it all, chocolate, fresh raspberries, coconut all in delicious bite.
A full slice of this cake is only 225 calories, Yes you are reading it right, so go ahead and enjoy your dessert and eat it too!
I so like a good cake and something everyone can always agree on is dessert.

Grilled Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

 Grilled meat always taste better doesn't it. This particular sandwich was a new recipe I was trying and I gotta say it turned out Yummy with a capital "Y"!

Sometimes you can just eat the whole thing just standing there in your kitchen, but you know you should go sit down at the table like a Lady,,, yeah right....!

Well I did go sit down and not because I am a Lady, but I was dropping food all my kitchen floor and thought it would be less messy if I just sat down.
