Then they are full of fiber which also helps our colons, the next thing is they are calorie free, Yes and sweeter than regular potatoes and healthier.just one sweet potato is a 114 calories, but,,, it gives us 377 % of a daily intake of Vitamin A, this vegetable is a guilt free snack that is good for you.

Pumpkin Or Apple Muffin?

Breakfast muffins are so delicious especially if they are lower in calories, fat, and sugars. Right?
Now don't go wimping out on me now, you do not need all that fat & sugar to make a muffin taste better, and you do not need  to Super-Size it either, because that is where we all get into TROUBLE!!!

Let's start with one of these little tasty gems for our breakfast trays.
