Alright you are still working on your weight & life goals. You are working on it, and that is instrumental in itself.
I have another suggestion to help you maintain those goals.
HIRE A PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE!
Now before you say I can not Afford that, I am not Bill Gates!
It is not as expensive as people might think!
In fact when you break down the average costs per meal it is between $7-10.00 per serving.
