Thanksgiving week deserves it's attentions towards our favorite foods week, here is one I think deserves it's time in the Spotlight....

Cranberry Salad with Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers, fresh mushroom slices, blue cheese crumbles and a balsamic vignette dressing.
