Sweetened Ricotta Dessert

This dessert pictured above is very light and creamy to the tongue. Textures and visual is what most foodies look at when they go food shopping, they like bright colors and appetizing layout as much as a artist likes the perfect sunset.

When I make something new I make sure I like the combinations of the ingredients first, second I see if I want to tweak any of them, third then I see if I can make it taste better.

Brandy Seared T Bone Steak

Divadish Loves good meat and preferably fixed Med-Rare, Yum.... Good organic farmed raised Beef can be eaten a little rare because it is so sweet and soft anyway because of how the cattle are being fed and grazed, it does make a BIG DIFFERENCE, just ask a cattleman or a qualified butcher. A Great meal starts with Great Meat! So when my daughter asks for Meat with a side of Meat I know what she feels like.. it is usually a steak... What else. ?!

Lemon Almond Cake

Divadish makes desserts that you can say Yes you Can have a slice...!

The above cake is one such cake. Low in sugar no processed ingredients, and low in calories too.
One  1/15 of a slice is 145 calories. That is allowable in almost all diet plans and it does not taste like cardboard either.

I am especially diligent about ingredients, complex sugars, and amount of icings goes on my desserts. Icing is wasted cal...
