Divadish likes different things and likes to share those different recipes with her clients too. Cran Salad!

Salad?

What's for Dinner is the most common question of each and every day. Here is my suggestion.

Cranberry Salad with Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers, fresh mushroom slices, blue cheese crumbles and a balsamic vignette dressing.

Serve with any good hearty bread, maybe a glass of red wine, and a good cup of coffee. You have a nice light dinner, if you want more protein add some grilled chicken or shrimp. Now doesn't that sound healthy, simple and delicious? Now if you must be a little naughty for des...

Being a Chef has it's rewards, one of them is being able to just create something you feel like. Yum, is what I call it when I step into my test kitchen and create something new.

Today was one of those Yum  moments, I live in Minnesota now and our weather is very changeable, so much so it is a common joke among  those who were born here, you must of heard it,"Wait (5) minutes the weather will change"
