Mini -Turkeys

Thanksgiving week deserves it's attentions towards our favorite foods week, here is one I think deserves it's time in the Spotlight....

These little babies are mini turkey roasts, I just Love them, they have all the taste of their Bigger Brothers but not as much work, and when you are fixing food for a family gathering or a meal on the fly these would fit the bill and make your Life a whole lot easier and simpler too...

I prepare them with a olive oil basting and seasoned with garl...

Divadish proudly presents her two children. They are also two of my foodies who test some of my new recipes. Now they Love good food of course but as my daughter would say"Where's the Meat" when I make a soup, or a casserole. A side of meat is just fine with her, the green stuff is okay but it better have a lot of meat!

I have been Blessed to have kids who still come and visit, Love me and my food, not necessarily in that order. Will do almost anything they can for me and tell...
