Shrimp Stir fry Dinner
I totally Love stir fry's but only from my kitchens. Why!? because when you order this meal out it is usually loaded with MSG, Fats, and Hydrogenated oils. This can add so many calories to your meal and a load of salt to your system. How does this happen, well the cooking process is not done like it is in a Personal Chef's Kitchen and their restaurant recipes are not geared towards a Heart Healthy Eating Lifestyle or Diet. This will of course cause you too gain water weight because of higher sodium levels and also can cause headaches from the MSG that is added to your food if you have sensitivity to it.
