Cooking is my passion, my Zest for Life, and staying healthy.
The above picture is one such meal I fixed for dinner with friends.
It is hormone free chicken seared with lime juice & olive oil.
Seasonings used were garlic, oregano, thyme, sea salt.
Cooked in a # 8 size heavy aluminum frying pan till internal temperature is 165' app. 20 minutes.
This dish was served with garlic & dill buttered carrots, and crusty bread which is not pictured.
A 1/2 breast weighs in @ 6oz. is app. 250 calories, and is so juicy, and full of flavor that it is all you can do to stop yourself from eating just one!
Of course you can added other sides such as my garlic mash potatoes, lemon wedge potatoes,seasoned brown rice,
and my wonderfully delicious garden salads.
This is offered on my menus as are many other healthy, natural, organic meals.
