Chicken Avocado Sandwich

Chicken Avocado Flat Bread Sandwich

Creating something delicious from scratch each and every day is a Wonderful Gift to be given.

That is exactly what I do every time I step into my kitchen. I just Love to create new Food groupings, new tastes, new combinations of seasonings and then pairing it all up together.
The result is one like is pictured above.

Let me give you my recipe for a mouth -watering Chicken Avocado sandwich that is sure to please even the pickiest person in your family, or friends circle, I guarantee it.

INGREDIENTS for Dip or Spread:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp.of garlic powder
10 sliced black olives
1/4 diced onion
1tbsp. olive oil
dash of Sea salt
1/2 tsp. of Sweet Basil flakes

Buy Pre Grilled Chicken breasts or Grill yourself with a lime & olive oil marinade.
 Directions:
Take one soft shell taco
lightly coat shell with the following
olive oil & lime juice
broil for a light brown crisp to it
spread avocado spread on shell
add sliced grilled chicken breast
top all of it with grated (3) cheese blend
fold over sandwich and hold with a toothpick
put it under broil for app. 1-2 minutes or until all cheese is melted and sandwich is hot, Do not Burn or Over Cook!

Then serve with Kettle Chips, or side salad. or fruit.

This is a hearty fulling sandwich and takes less then 20 minutes from start to finish.

If you Love Cabbage & Ham you will Love this soup. Which I really like to call Stewp...It is a customers word for stew & soup together. Meaning when it can really be either!

Apple Cake!!!

Ingredients:
1 medium sized Honey Crisp Apple ( diced )
1/2 tsp. of ginger
1/4 cup of Greeks Honey God's Yogurt
(1) basic White Cake Recipe ( I prefer using one with a Angel Food consistency)

Directions:
Put diced apple and 1/4 tsp. ginger into glass measuring cup
Add enough water to cover apples and microwave them for app. 1 min. on 50% power till they are soft.

This weeks recipe from Divadish Kitchens is Stuffed Pepper Soup.

Chef Gianna E. Ianos took this from the Italian  side of her Heritage and put together this hearty soup that will make your toes curl up in sheer pleasure and satisfaction!

Ingredients:
1lb 80% lean ground beef
2 md. bell peppers, chopped (Use the Sweet Bells tastes better)
1 c finely chopped onion
1 can (29 oz. of Hunt's diced tomatoes or (2) 15 oz cans)
1 can 15 oz. of Hunt's tomato sauce

I usually do not subscribe to magazines but my wonderful granddaughter was selling them @ school for a Education fundraiser and I felt it was a good cause to bend my own rules.I am so glad I did.

Gluten -Free Feta Meatballs!!!!

Now thatsa' a Meataball!!!

Divadish Kitchens Feta Meatballs
Recipe by Chef Gianna

Gluten-Free Recipe:
1 C Brown Rice
1lb. of 93% Chuck Hamburger
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Feta cheese
1/4 to 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
(2) eggs
2tbsps of Spaghetti Seasonings
1tbsp.Garlic powder
1tbsp.onion flakes
Dash of Sea Salt
Dash of Red Pepper flakes

Add together:
Cooked Brown Rice
Seasonings
Eggs
Cheeses
Hamburger
Mix together well to all is blended

Next make into BIG MEAT BALLS...
Pan fry in olive oil till browned Not Cooked complete...

I say it is all and just a little more.
When making a pot of stew you have to know what you feel like putting in it.

Let me give you my recipe for a mouth -watering Chicken Avocado sandwich that is sure to please even the pickiest person in your family, or friends circle, I guarantee it.
