Grilled meat always taste better doesn't it. This particular sandwich was a new recipe I was trying and I gotta say it turned out Yummy with a capital "Y"!
Sometimes you can just eat the whole thing just standing there in your kitchen, but you know you should go sit down at the table like a Lady,,, yeah right....!
Well I did go sit down and not because I am a Lady, but I was dropping food all my kitchen floor and thought it would be less messy if I just sat down.
This flatbread sandwich was like a Dream I had in a Past Life, really, and here is how that Dream went.
Ingredients:
Soft Taco Shells (2) make one serving
Warm them before putting on ingredients
Grilled Seasoned Chicken ( Garlic, Olive Oil, and fresh squeezed Lime juice and sear all together in pan) Sliced sweet bell mini peppers, sliced red onions, mushrooms if you got them add to above mixture. When all is cooked not mushy just cooked set aside Take warmed Taco shell add cooked mixture and top with feta cheese, squeeze a little extra lime juice on it and a dash of Sea Salt, Close and hold together with tooth pick. Now you also could slice Avocado on this already delicious sandwich and sliced black olives, or Peperconni's, the list is endless really, because No Matter what you do, this sandwich is a 10+ in my new recipe books.!!!!!Enjoy and Healthy EatingFrom Chef Gianna

Italian Sausage SoupRecipes are just guidelines. I have said that comment to people for years. Yes they are necessary when you start a new recipe and you liked how that turned out. But, and here it comes you make it again and say to yourself I wonder if I added this what that would do or how it would taste.
That is how recipes get changed or tweaked like I like to say. I am always tweaking, twisting, and improving on my r... Continue reading...

Raspberry Chocolate Cake
I have always Loved Sweets, even as a kid growing up in New York I would do errands for my neighbors so I could earn extra money to buy a bag of candy @ that time for 5 Cents!
Or when I started my own grocery shopping business earning me a weekly 50 Cents per week so I could indulge my Ice Cream Addiction!
Then there was of course the Raspberry filled Jelly Doughnuts made @ my favorite Italian Bakery.
My list of sweet favorites are endless and that has continued even no...

Vegetable Beef Soup
By
Chef Gianna
Good soup starts with a good stock, or as laymen would say a good foundation.
This soup pictured started out as a pulled beef recipe and I always make extra because you can turn it into something else later on.
Knowing that when you are preparing a recipe will save you time $$$$ and less stress as you are cooking.
Here is what I did to make this very hearty, healthy delicious soup.
Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper (diced)
