Cobb Salad Sandwich

Cobb Salad Sandwich: 
Ingredients:
One Toasted Greek Pita smeared with Garlic & Olive oil
1/2 sliced thin Avocado
3 slices of crisp bacon
1/2 sliced hard boiled egg
lettuce
1/2 sliced thin Roma tomato
Drizzle Red wine vinegar & Olive oil plus garlic over sandwich
Fold over hold with toothpick till ready to eat the whole thing!

This is one hearty and satisfying sandwich high in protein, good fiber and good Brain Food too...

I know it looks too die for so tick your tongue on the computer screen and imagine.

Where is SPRING?

This is my Hearty Chicken Soup, my Mother told me when I was a little girl it could cure anything!
Of course I believed her, but I wish it could also change things too like this weather. Yuck.:(
It has gone from Bad to Worse with Frozen Rain yesterday and that Wind it made your Bones hurt!

All I could do was make Yes a hot delicious Ginger Bean Soup for dinner with a Hot Ham & Avocado sandwich, it was Yummy and good for me too but I would of Loved to be eating a big slice of Watermelon and a Col...

The above cake is one such cake. Low in sugar no processed ingredients, and low in calories too.
One  1/15 of a slice is 145 calories. That is allowable in almost all diet plans and it does not taste like cardboard either.

This is one of my Sunday's dinners. My parents both were big pasta eaters, but the sauce is what made that pasta just go down so much more. The red sauce was cooked for hours and it was made fresh with all the right seasonings, leftover meats and yes plenty of cheese & wine added to the slow simmering sauce.
