Italian Dinner for you by Divadish Kitchens & CateringThis is one of my Sunday's dinners. My parents both were big pasta eaters, but the sauce is what made that pasta just go down so much more. The red sauce was cooked for hours and it was made fresh with all the right seasonings, leftover meats and yes plenty of cheese & wine added to the slow simmering sauce. Just looking at this picture makes me hungry.Now according to my mother we always had to have a salad with every meal, and she favored apple cider for her vinegar and added the red onions, cukes, roma's and grated parmigiana. For my salad I like to mix it up a bit, I added sweet red peppers, onions, fennel, caraway, anise, sea salt, olive oil and lime juice. mix all together till it taste right and serve, or like I did here eat right out of the bowl, why dirty another plate, and I do not like my salad next to my pasta, it makes that dish watery Yuck.If you would like to order this dish for your next dinner please feel free to call ahead and place your order, remember deliciousness takes time so order early.
