Divadish Kitchens Feta Meatballs
Recipe by Chef Gianna
Gluten-Free Recipe:
1 C Brown Rice
1lb. of 93% Chuck Hamburger
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Feta cheese
1/4 to 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
(2) eggs
2tbsps of Spaghetti Seasonings
1tbsp.Garlic powder
1tbsp.onion flakes
Dash of Sea Salt
Dash of Red Pepper flakes
Add together:
Cooked Brown Rice
Seasonings
Eggs
Cheeses
Hamburger
Mix together well to all is blended
Next make into BIG MEAT BALLS...
Pan fry in olive oil till browned Not Cooked completely.
Add to your favorite Red Sauce Or White Sauce.
Simmer all in a crock pot for App. 3-4 hours till all of the flavors are well blended.
If I did not tell you these were Gluten-Free you would Swear on your Mother's Grave....lol...
