Okay people our favorite shows on The Boob tube tonight, what ever it
is doesn't matter. We already eaten dinner, and our stomachs say heh,
itsn't it snack time? Ohhhhhhhhh, but you are watching your waistline
and say No way, I can't touch anything in that kitchen.....! Wrong,,,
you can have my creation for the best tasting popcorn this side of New
York City... Really...
Here is how it is made... take a 1/4 of
popcorn + 1/4 of dark olive oil pour into a 4quart heavy bottom saucepan
with tight lid and put on stove flame or electric to high till popping
starts. Keep the pan roting around till all the popping noise stops and
then pour out into large bowl add a little Sea salt on each layer as it
goes into the bowl.
This is very, very, low-calorie. (2) 8oz bowls 100 calories. Fiber, Flavor and you are full afterward. Problem solved.
