Soup time!
"Picture this," as Estelle Getty from Golden Girls use to say before she went into her story!
Soup is always on my menus when I prepare food for my clients.
It adds balance to a meal and can also be a meal when they are as Hearty as the one pictured above.
This soup has a rich red sauce, fresh zucchini,carrots,chunk tomatoes, and egg noodles.
Added a little semi - sweet red wine and good amounts of Italian seasonings.
Simmered

Because the heat of spices are very good for your body.

It also adds flavor and we use less salt because it is not needed.

This deep dish seasoned pizza crust is topped with Spinach& Caramelized onions,and Parmesan & Feta cheeses. It totally has the Chessey melt factor going for it, and the bite in to and go yum too.
