Italian Dinner for you by Divadish Kitchens & CateringThis is one of my Sunday's dinners. My parents both were big pasta eaters, but the sauce is what made that pasta just go down so much more.  Asparagus & Cranberry Salad Recipe by Chef Gianna
Ingredients: 4 washed portabello mushrooms sliced thin 4 washed spears of asparagus chopped in 1/4 slices 1/4 cup of dried cranberries 1/4 cup of diced onion 2-3 cups washed spinach or Romain lettuce
Dressing: 1/4 tsp. of ground dry mustard 3 tbsps. of red wine vinegar 1tsp. of sugar dash of sea salt 3tbsps.of olive oil Put the above in glass jar with lid and shake till blended. Taste mixture to make sure it has enough tart sweet taste, if not add more of ... Continue reading ...

 Pizza, I think who ever invented it way back when should get a Big Wet One right on the Lips....!
I Love making my own though, I use Boboli Crusts, and I brush a olive oil & garlic mixture over top and bottom of crusts then broil for app. 3-5 min. till slightly browned and crisp. Then I proceed to do my layers of seasoned Italian Red sauce,then meats, this one pictured has Italian stuffed chicken sausage, low in calories, but great in taste. Divadish Kitchens loves to make salads.
They are simple, do not heat up the kitchen and are a satisfying meal.
The pictured salad is a Pear & Blue cheese with Sweet Bell peppers.
I sometimes will add crumbled lean bacon crisps to it for extra protein, or sliced hard boiled eggs.
The dressing I make with
this is a dry ground mustard, Italian wine vinegar, dark green olive
oil, and sugar to taste. Shake all together all ingredients in a glass
jar, and refrigerate any leftovers.

American Classic!
Potato Salad, is always a mainstay on everybody's summer picnics, BBQ's,Graduations,
or just about any event.
I think it is because it is a all American favorite, like Apple -Pie, or a Ball park frank, or our hamburger.
It just goes with everything!
I do make my potato salad @ Divadish a little bit different though.
My mother had a very good recipe that she gave to her daughters years ago,and we have changed it a bit over the years.
Here is my version:

This is one of Divadish's all time favorite comfort foods!
It is rich, full of tender meats, and it is definitely one to Lust for!
The sauce is thicker , because it has tomato chunks in it and chopped onions.
The combination's of simmered meats, and a special mix of seasonings,
and letting it slow cook for over 8+ hours gives this dish it's rich but
delicate taste.
For this particular recipe I used Flank steak & 93% ground chuck.

My family recipe is unique and very tasty, the first bite will be a small explosion of Yum in your mouth.
