Grilled meat always taste better doesn't it. This particular sandwich was a new recipe I was trying and I gotta say it turned out Yummy with a capital "Y"!  Beer Garlic Cheesy Bread  by Divadish Kitchens Recipe by Chef Gianna You know how they say you can never have enough bread. Well I don't know who that quote is from but I agree a 100%.
I took a regular white bread recipe substituted 12 oz. of any kinda beer for moisture, added 1 cup of 3 cheese blend to dry ingredients and added 1 tbsp. of garlic powder.

  Fried Ravioli I LOVE doing fun new things with food. No it is Not State Fair time but it could be @ Divadish Kitchens.
Boil them till cooked 5-8 minutes till they float to surface and this indicates they are done.
These beauties are Spinach & Feta and pan fired in Olive Oil and are delicious.
Then layer them in a 9x13 pan grate each layer with Parmesan Cheese and broil for app. 3-4 minutes till lightly brown. Serve with a green salad, preferably with Italian or Greek dressing.

The expression a picture is worth a 1000Words, is so true, I mean just look at it and it makes you Drool all over yourself!
The cake is a double fudge chocolate, with the following extras added to batter.
a 1/4 cup of caramel
1/4 cup chocolate bits
baked @ 350' degrees in a bundt cake pan form app. 35-40 minutes

 Carrot Cake has been around forever, kind of like Aunt Myrtle's Fruit cakes...!
Only difference is everyone will eat this cake.
Being a Chef I decided to change this old time favorite up a bit.
Here is how I improved it for my tastes and hopefully yours.
First I added 1/4 cup more sweet raisins.
Then a 1/2 cup more of sweet organic carrots.
Added a little more moisture to batter.

Fall is the best time to enjoy Apples. The temperatures are just cool enough and still not cold. Apple orchards are full with all of our favorite kinds of apples. Leaving us no excuses but to create new recipes for all those delicious apples.

I love these. Sometimes not being able to sleep can create something new & wonderful!
I created these on Thursday of this week, as I wanted to sample them with a new client I was meeting.
You never know what will come out of your brain @ 3:00Am,, well (3) new flavors of muffins did.
I am very pleased with the results and so were my new clients.

Divadish loves to make the family style lasagna pictured above.
Lasagna is a work of Art when you are making it.
Layer
after layer of Meats, Sauce, Ricotta, Cheeses, Spinach,Noodles, then
repeat it until the lasagna pan is 2/3 full of this mixture, and add the
final touch of two large handfuls of Feta cheese on top.
Put into the oven @ 325' degrees and slow back all of this deliciousness for about (2) hours.

 I would not be Italian and my grandmother Julia would roll over in her
grave,,, if I did not make a Pasta dish at least once a week!
Here is one of those I can't get enough of dishes...!

Chocolate Desire Cake

The expression a picture is worth a 1000Words, is so true, I mean just look at it and it makes you Drool all over yourself!
The cake is a double fudge chocolate, with the following extras added to batter.
a 1/4 cup of caramel
1/4 cup chocolate bits
baked @ 350' degrees in a bundt cake pan form app. 35-40 minutes
Icing is a chocolate fudge drizzled over top with chocolate bits and powdered sugar over that.

Carrot Cake

 Carrot Cake has been around forever, kind of like Aunt Myrtle's Fruit cakes...!
Only difference is everyone will eat this cake.
Being a Chef I decided to change this old time favorite up a bit.
Here is how I improved it for my tastes and hopefully yours.
First I added 1/4 cup more sweet raisins.
Then a 1/2 cup more of sweet organic carrots.
Added a little more moisture to batter.

Fall is the best time to enjoy Apples. The temperatures are just cool enough and still not cold. Apple orchards are full with all of our favorite kinds of apples. Leaving us no excuses but to create new recipes for all those delicious apples.
Here is one of mine. Apple Caramel Bundt Cake
This tastes like a Carmel Apple except inside a cake.
Moist, swirled with caramel, and small bits of apple in each bite.
It is truly the best combination to asked for in a cake and you can eat it with a fork!

Chicken Breast Sandwich.
Ingredients:
- Grilled boneless chicken breast (seasoned with Garlic powder & Sea Salt)
- Cooked in olive oil in small skillet till a internal temp of (165)
- Just a few minutes before taking out of pan add a slice of Provolone cheese let it slightly melt on chicken
- Remove this and serve it on (2) pieces of lightly toasted whole wheat or rye bread, lightly buttered
- Add lettuce, thin sliced Red onions, mayo if desired.

Soft, chewy ,chuck full of raisins, these oatmeal cookies have a secret ingredient that makes them very addictive.
When I was putting together the recipe and lining up my ingredients,I decided to add a little extra of a couple of things.
It keeps things interesting and recipes can always be tweaked so why not tweak them.

I love these. Sometimes not being able to sleep can create something new & wonderful!
I created these on Thursday of this week, as I wanted to sample them with a new client I was meeting.
You never know what will come out of your brain @ 3:00Am,, well (3) new flavors of muffins did.
I am very pleased with the results and so were my new clients.
Now to describe these I would say this.
Combine in your mouth a soft taste of semi sweet chocolate and a mild tasting coffee.

Lasagna @ Divadish
Divadish loves to make the family style lasagna pictured above.
Lasagna is a work of Art when you are making it.
Layer
after layer of Meats, Sauce, Ricotta, Cheeses, Spinach,Noodles, then
repeat it until the lasagna pan is 2/3 full of this mixture, and add the
final touch of two large handfuls of Feta cheese on top.
Put into the oven @ 325' degrees and slow back all of this deliciousness for about (2) hours.
