Cobb Salad Sandwich

Cobb Salad Sandwich: 
Ingredients:
One Toasted Greek Pita smeared with Garlic & Olive oil
1/2 sliced thin Avocado
3 slices of crisp bacon
1/2 sliced hard boiled egg
lettuce
1/2 sliced thin Roma tomato
Drizzle Red wine vinegar & Olive oil plus garlic over sandwich
Fold over hold with toothpick till ready to eat the whole thing!

This is one hearty and satisfying sandwich high in protein, good fiber and good Brain Food too...

Divadish's Original Recipe Chicken Potpie!


I remember when Marie Calender's Frozen potpie's use to me my family's go to when no one wanted to take the time to make it from scratch.Well all that has changed and so has Marie's too. Along with it's home made taste.

So if I want Chicken Pot Pie I make it my way, with a creamy chicken gravy, fresh green beans, corn, peas, and sometime carrots. Loaded with chunks of organic chicken and a buttery crust that makes you want to put on your stretch pants ...

Lemon Almond Cake

Divadish makes desserts that you can say Yes you Can have a slice...!

The above cake is one such cake. Low in sugar no processed ingredients, and low in calories too.
One  1/15 of a slice is 145 calories. That is allowable in almost all diet plans and it does not taste like cardboard either.

I am especially diligent about ingredients, complex sugars, and amount of icings goes on my desserts. Icing is wasted cal...

The one pictured above is a chocolate/'raspberry cake with a almond chocolate icing. Moist, fudgey and just plain delicious.

Pork Chop Pizza!

Divadish Kitchens created this new Meat-Eaters- Pizza for all of those Carnivores!

I use Boboli  as my crust. I just Love the texture of them, and they are all organic, No -Saturated Fats,
and Low in Calories.

Take Boboli crust and spread a thin layer of garlic and olive oil mixture over it and put under broiler for a few minutes.Then proceed with your layering.
I took a Grilled Pork Chop,sliced it and added yellow bell peppers, red onions,and mushrooms.

Chef Gianna & Divadish Kitchens has created another mouth-watering Divadish!
I Love meatloaf in the Fall, it is such a Comfort Food, who wouldn't!
Especially leftovers if you are lucky enough to have any!

Picture this literally, sliced thinly on my artisan rye bread, both sides lathered with butter, and then top all that off with (2) slices of Provolone cheese. Then take all this to your broiler for just a touch of heat, and whalla you have your very own Meatloaf Pannini! Can we give a L...

What's for Dinner? the most common question today! Unfortunately the reply can be the same Old Boring thing!
The Old McDonald had a Farm bag, or Ring my Taco,Hello Arby I'll take (2), or my favorite, I can Hamburger Helper it!

The Big problem with this scenario is the FAT!!! Bad Trans-Fats, empty calories,and High-Fructose Sugars.
Once in awhile you can cheat, but a constant diet of any of these is a killer,, and know what it is working.
