I totally Love stir fry's but only from my kitchens. Why!? because when you order this meal out it is usually loaded with MSG, Fats, and Hydrogenated oils. This can add so many calories to your meal and a load of salt to your system.

Organic white chicken breast meat app. 6 ozs.
1/4 -1/3 cup of Mayonnaise
Dash of Sea Salt

Cooking is my passion, my Zest for Life, and staying healthy.
The above picture is one such meal I fixed for dinner with friends.

It is hormone free chicken seared with lime juice & olive oil.
Seasonings used were garlic, oregano, thyme, sea salt.
Cooked in a # 8 size heavy aluminum frying pan till internal temperature is 165' app. 20 minutes.

This dish was served with garlic & dill buttered carrots, and crusty bread which is not pictured.

This recipe has been in my Mother's family over a 100+ years.
All of the Messano's and the Ianos's have tweaked it a bit over the years, but it still is our Comfort Food dish.
Especially when the weather gets colder we all turn to heartier meals.

My recipe uses lean ground organic beef & ground pork sausage.
No rice added to meat mixure, instead I did it like a meatloaf base.

Just checking in Kid... How are things A-Going!?  I hope well....!
I am knee-deep in Turkey preps today for my own family, I will be taking pics and downloading them on my web site soon, so go visit, and get your Drool towel ready! I did a new marinade this year, with White wine & olive oil... it is looking good!
