Easy & Quick Salad Recipe

Asparagus & Cranberry Salad

Recipe by Chef Gianna

Ingredients:
4 washed portabello mushrooms sliced thin
4 washed spears of asparagus chopped in 1/4 slices
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of diced onion
 2-3 cups washed spinach or Romain lettuce

Dressing:
1/4 tsp. of ground dry mustard
3 tbsps. of red wine vinegar
1tsp. of sugar
dash of sea salt
3tbsps.of olive oil
Put the above in glass jar with lid and shake till blended.
Taste mixture to make sure it has enough tart sweet taste, if not add more of ...

Gourmet Pumpkin Muffins!

Pumpkin Spice and everything nice! 
Creating new flavors for morning muffins is always exciting.
This muffin was no exception.

Here is what I did to make it a little more spectacular.
I took my spice bread recipe + my muffin recipe added some Libby's gourmet pumpkin mix and a touch more pumpkin spice.
Then added a little extra cream to make everything a little more rich.
Combined all the above, blended to creamy and baked in jumbo cupcake liners for 
app. 16 minutes @ 350'

Lemon Cookies

Finding a good sugar cookie recipe is almost as hard as finding a needle in a haystack.


These wafer thin buttery lemon crisps are melt in your mouth Yum!
Let me draw you a pictured in your mind, light, chewy, moist, and just the right amount of lemon to make your mouth say Yes please!
I like these anytime because they are not a heavy cookie, and you can have (3) @ only 50 calories...
Now you all know how we like more for less!...
Accompany them with your favorite beverage and you have a mid-mo...
