 Brandy Marinade Steaks Putting a new twist on a old favorite. Loved it...!
I always have wine or brandy's and sometimes Rums for cooking and Yes a little drinking.
This time I skipped the libation part and decided to make a marinade for the steaks I was fixing for dinner that night.
Using the brandy with a small amount of olive oil and garlic and blackened spices I basted the steaks with the mixture and pan grilled them to a Med-rare perfection. They were Heavenly, now I am hooked on them when ever I get some steaks out I go for my brandy bottle on my storage shelf first.
So if you are hungry for your meat and want it fixed a different way, try this recipe you will not be sorry you did.

 Heart Healthy Eating! Eating healthy does not need to taste like FIBER....! This pictured meal is low in calories and fat and will satisfy even a meat eater!
I love cooking and eating healthy, it extends your Life, you look years Younger, and you feel Wonderful.
My suggestions for eating well include cooking with Olive Oil, eating lean meats, Fish at least 1-2 meals per week, plenty of vegetables and fruits. Whole Grains, and simple exercise. It does not need to be complicated and keeping it simp...

 Meat pies are very popular in Europe, here they are okay, but most do not make anything special.
I decided to change that!
Pictured is a Chicken Pie, loaded with organic chicken breast chunks, fresh peas, carrots, green bean, and even corn.
I make my gravy with cream, butter and cream of chicken soup with a dash of this and that.
The crusts are organic too, but not made by me, I forgo that for someone else to do as long as the quality is good.

 Authentic Greek Lamb Dinner
Yes Being Greek & Italian does have it's advantages!
The above dinner picture proves my point exactly.
The lamp chops are Australian Free Range Lamb and prepared with a lime & olive oil and rosemary marinade.
I served this dinner with a Apple /Cinnamon Marmalade for dipping lamb bites into and a Idaho baked potato.
Life does not need to consist of what's for Frozen Dinner tonight dinner! It can be this meal or others if you order from The Kitchens of Divadish Kitchens ...

This is my Hearty Chicken Soup, my Mother told me when I was a little girl it could cure anything!Of course I believed her, but I wish it could also change things too like this weather. Brandy Seared Beef With Organic Carrots & Potatoes.
We all should eat better, take the time to eat slower, not eat things from a microwave package, or frozen sections of our favorite grocery stores.
Why? because most of these products contain hidden calories, salt, sugars and preservatives. You get something Fast, Cheap, not Nutritious and your Waistline gets the negative results from these poor decisions.
