
The above picture is Greek Cod.
This fish is seared in dark green olive oil & sweet cream organic
butter, add in Fresh grown Rosemary and a touch of Greek Oregano.
Then a bit of Lime juice and heat up frying pan to med-high and grill it
to the fish begins to flake apart, telling you the fish is ready to
eat.
This meal can be fixed with many different seasonings that make it taste
a little different with each seasoning that is brought into the dish.
